Placing an order
Orders may be placed via:
· ONLINE send an order online via our secure shopping cart (recommended)
· FAX send an order via fax at (800) 880-1610
Please provide the complete credit card information including complete billing address, name on card and expiration date to expedite the processing of your E-mail or Fax order
All orders with valid a e-mail addresses will receive an order confirmation, receipt/invoice and tracking number via e-mail.
You will be advised via e-mail in case the item is backordered or quantities are not available.
Change or Cancel an order
An order may be changed or cancelled, however, it is important that you advise us IMMEDIATELY. All orders are processed promptly to ensure timely delivery, therefore please note that you will not be able to change/cancel the order once it has been processed for shipping.

Returns & Exchange
We are dedicated to providing you the best service and products. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we are happy to make an exchange or give a refund based on the value of the product (shipping cost not included) as long as the product is unused or unworn; free shipping is deducted from refund value. Defective or damaged items may be returned at the full invoice value. The customer is responsible for all costs associated with the return and shipping of the merchandise. Upon inspection of return, please allow two (2) weeks for credit to be posted to your account.
Returns or Exchanges will not be accepted for sale or markdown items.
All sales are final.
Returns policy:
1. Items for return must be in its original packaging
2. All items for return must be labeled with a Return Authorization number (RA#) otherwise the return will not be accepted. An RA# must be requested from our Returns department at returns@fashionistots.com prior to returning the product.
3. An e-mail will be sent to you with information regarding the RA# and our receiving location
4. All returns are subject to an inspection prior to credit or refund.
