We only ship to the USA.  Our shipping and delivery days are from Monday thru Friday, excluding holidays. There is no Saturday delivery.  Standard shipping is based on the value of the order and is added prior to submission of payment information.  The checkout page offers Shipping Method choices and their standard prices.  Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air shipping are available for your convenience.  Standard processing time for ground orders is 48 business hours prior to shipping.

 

Important:  Next Day and 2nd Day Air orders must be placed by 12noon pst to be shipped the same business day. Expedited orders placed after Friday noon will not be shipped until the following Monday.

Order Tracking

To check on the status of your order use our online Order Tracking system. 

 

All you need is the e-mail address you provided upon placing the order and your Order number to get instant details on the status of your order.   In case you don't know your order number, all you need is to provide your e-mail address and the order details will be e-mailed to you.  You may also send us an e-mail at info@fashionistots.com to check on your order status.

 

Note: Your Order Number (Order ID) may be found on the Customer receipt that was e-mailed to you upon order placement.
