Defective Items and shipping errors must be reported via firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Items purchased during a sale cannot be returned.

When returning your items, please include a note with your order number and the reason for the return to expedite the process.
Once your return is received and inspected, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be provided within 3 business days. Store credit never expires. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.

Once packages are shipped, Fashionistots is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number on the subject line and send your item to:

Online orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please email email@example.com for assistance. Be aware that a $10 fee will be deducted for any refund for orders cancelled after the 24 hour period.
Items that have been shipped and in transit are not eligible fore cancellations.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund via store credit, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
