You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded back to the customer's original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour window. No exceptions.
All refunds are in store credit unless order is cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. We will refund any items that oversold back to your original payment method.
Defective items and shipping errors must be reported via firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t accept your return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Tags must be attached. Shipping is non-refundable. You will be responsible for your own shipping cost unless due to our error. You may send us an email to purchase a return label.
*Items damaged from conditions other than the manufacturer errors. For items damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with Route Insurance if insurance was purchased at the time the order was placed.
*Items purchased during a sale period or items on sale/clearance. All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.
To complete your return, we require your order number. Please contact us via email at email@example.com if you cannot locate the return address on your package.
