Defective items and shipping errors must be reported via firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of delivery.
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Items damaged from conditions other than the manufacturer errors. All our items are inspected prior to shipping. We are unable to accept returns for items damaged while in transit.
Items purchased during a sale period or items on sale/clearance. All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

When returning your items, please include a note with your order number and the reason for the return to expedite the process.
If you returned an item that has been worn, we are not required to send it back to you unless you pay a shipping fee. We will not issue refunds or replacements for worn items.
Misdeliveries, unclaimed package, return to sender
Should your package be returned to us for reasons including but not limited to the ones listed above, you will be responsible to pay a shipping fee for us to reship your items. We are not required to reship your items unless you have paid a reship invoice. If you entered a wrong address at checkout and did not request to change the address prior to shipping, you will be required to pay a reship invoice in order for us to reship your package.
(international only) If your order is returned due to failure to pay any customs duties, we are not required to reship your package unless you pay to ship it. Refunds for returned international packages are in store credit.
ALL REFUNDS ARE IN STORE CREDIT. STORE CREDIT NEVER EXPIRES AND CAN BE USED ANYTIME.
Once your return is received and inspected, We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a store credit will be provided within 3 business days. Store credit never expires. Please note that shipping is non-refundable.

Once packages are shipped, Fashionistots is not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
In the event you purchased an item that went out of stock, you will receive a refund via store credit.
If your package was returned to us by USPS, you will be required to pay an additional shipping fee to reattempt delivery. Return to Sender items are not eligible for refunds.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are the wrong size, defective or damaged due to manufacturing errors. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number on the subject line.
Online orders can be changed or cancelled within 4 hours of purchase. Your refund will be in store credit. Please email hello@Fashionistots.com for assistance.
Items that have been packaged, shipped, and in transit are not eligible fore cancellations.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
