Yes! Our size chart is located on each of our product's page, but please note that our sizing chart is only a guide, as sizes may differ by brand.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT AN EMAIL?
Emails are typically answered within 72 hours or sooner depending on volume. Weekends and holidays are excluded. If you need immediate assistance, please contact us via instagram @Fashionistots with your order number. If you have sent an email and gotten no response, please contact us via instagram @Fashionistots or text us to ensure your email was received.
CAN MY ONLINE ORDER BE CHANGED OR CANCELLED?
Most certainly! Online orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that there will be a restock fee of $10 on all cancelled orders. Orders cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour period. The cancellation fee cannot be waived. All refunds are in store credit.
Orders may be changed if they have not yet been packaged or shipped.
ARE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES ACCEPTED?
Yes! Please use our contact form and send us an email about your return. Please include your order number on the subject line to ensure we can assist you. If you do not provide us with your order number, we will not be able to assist you. Please read our return policy for further information.
HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?
Once you've reached the checkout stage and after entering your details and shipping address, enter your promotional code into our discount bar, enter the correct code and click 'Apply'. If the code is valid, your discount will be applied! Paying with PayPal the code can be entered after logging in to your PayPal account.
For mobile devices, please click on the 'View Order Summary' section at checkout to enter your promotional discount code.
Please note, only one promotion/discount code is redeemable per order.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ISN'T THE RIGHT SIZE OR FAULTY?
Rest assured, as we have an easy return policy! Please send use our contact form to send us an email with your order number on the subject line. If you have received a faulty item, or if your item is the wrong size, you must report the same within 48 hours.
WHEN WILL MY ITEM(S) BE DELIVERED?
As of 12/26/2019, orders are shipped on the next business day.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE DOESN'T ARRIVE OR IS LOST IN TRANSIT?
Once your parcels have left Fashionistots' warehouse, they are then the property of the courier company (USPS or your local post company). We are legally not responsible for lost or damaged goods. If you have not received your order, we recommend contacting USPS or your local post company. We are not responsible for packages held up due to customs fees. We will not refund or replace lost parcels. If your parcel was scanned as delivered and you did not receive it/your package was stolen, we will not refund or replace your package.
Customs charges may be applicable to international orders.

WHAT KIND OF PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?
We accept VISA, AFTERPAY, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, DISCOVER, JCB and PAYPAL.
If you are unsure of a garments care, always ‘cold hand wash’ to avoid any damage in the garments fabric. Drip dry in shade, do not tumble dry, and do not iron. If your garment is damaged because it was washed incorrectly we are unable to accept this back as a return.
