Refund Policy



You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase IF YOUR ORDER HAS NOT SHIPPED YET. Orders cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded back to the customer's original payment method. Orders cannot be cancelled after the 24 hour window or once your order has been shipped. No exceptions. 


All refunds will be sent to the original payment method unless you request your refund in store credit.


Defective items and shipping errors must be reported via within 72 hours of delivery, otherwise they will not be accepted. You must report within this timeframe. We will not accept any reports of defective items made after this period unless at our discretion.

***We cannot accept a return or refund for a defective item one week or more after you have received your item.

Our return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we can’t accept your return. We do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee a particular item and size will be in stock by the time we receive your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. Tags must be attached. Shipping is non-refundable. You will be responsible for your own shipping cost unless due to our error. You may send us an email to purchase a return label directly from us if you'd like to return an item. You may return items by logging into your account and using our return portal to request a return.

Non-returnable items:

*Gift cards

*Items damaged from conditions other than the manufacturer errors. For items damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the post office as all of our packages are insured.

*Items purchased during a sale period or items on sale/clearance. All sale and clearance items are FINAL SALE.

*Seasonal/Holiday items

To complete your return, we require your order number. Please contact us via email at if you cannot locate the return address on your package.
