All orders placed on our website ship within 1-3 business days unless otherwise stated. Current TAT is listed on the pink announcement bar and will be updated based on order volume.
Pre-orders will ship within the timeframe listed under "availability" on the product page. Sometimes, pre-orders may take longer than expected due to varying reasons, such as shipping delays. Pre-order updates are listed under our "Pre-order Updates" page. If we are passed our TAT for a particular pre-order, you may request to cancel your order if you no longer wish to wait.
If you checkout with a PayPal e-check, your order will ship after your payment has been cleared.
Delivery within the US typically takes 1-4 days depending on your exact location.
Once delivered, we are no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages. If you have a delivery issue, please contact USPS www.usps.com or your local courier company. We also offer insurance through Route insurance, a third party company. We highly recommend purchasing route insurance when placing an order. Please note, all claims must be made directly with Route.
